Our Story
Hot Mix Paving LLC is a third-generation, family-owned asphalt contractor based in Lancaster, PA, with over 25 years of hands-on experience. Owner Henry Docherty is involved in every project — from the free written estimate to the final roller pass — because that's how you guarantee the job is done right. We pave driveways, parking lots, and roadways for residential and commercial customers across Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg counties.
